The purpose of this study is to learn about how the gender, sexuality, and leadership style of one’s supervisor impacts important outcomes in their subordinate(s). We will be using the transformational leadership theoretical framework to explore how a leader’s style impacts their follower’s outcomes, such as satisfaction, motivation, and performance. We will be collecting the data for this study via online surveys. This data is going to come from leaders as well as their followers to reduce biases in the findings.
